Shipping Charges
Orders of ₹2,499 and above qualify for Free Standard Shipping (excluding remote or difficult-to-reach locations as defined by our courier partners).
Orders below ₹2,499 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹99+.
Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability, delivery pincode, and courier network.
Order Processing & Availability
- In Stock! Ships within 24 hours → Item will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Available! Ships in 2–4 business days → Item will be dispatched within 2–4 business days. Expedited shipping applies only after dispatch.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the item has shipped.

Delivery Partners
- We use trusted carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.
- While we aim to ship from the nearest warehouse, not all items are available in all locations.
- Orders may be split into multiple packages or consolidated into one shipment depending on product availability.
Special Notes
- Remote & ODA Areas: Delivery may take extra time.
- PO Boxes: Not supported — please provide a full street address.
- Oversized Items (e.g., tyres, stands, exhausts): May incur extra charges.
- Hazardous Goods (e.g., chemicals, paints): Shipped only by ground transport where allowed.
- Backorders/Pre-orders: If offered, clearly marked on product page.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified once placed.
- Cancellation is possible before dispatch only. After shipping, you must follow the return process.
Returns & Refusals
- Refusing delivery will result in return shipping fees being deducted from your refund.
- For hassle-free returns, request a return label at ₹99 (available for most locations).
Damaged or Missing Goods
If your order arrives visibly damaged or with missing items, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will raise a claim with the courier and assist with a replacement or refund.
Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are usually made without a signature.
- Some shipments may require a signature depending on the vendor or courier. If you need a specific option, contact us before placing the order.
