If your order arrives and it’s not right, we’ll fix it. No nonsense. That’s our promise.

Not the right fit? Changed your mind? No worries. You can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 10 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and all tags included.

Once your return is received and inspected by Urban-Motorrad (typically within 24 hours of receipt), we’ll process your refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 2–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order to an Urban-Motorrad warehouse.

Fair Use Policy

Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar items with the intention of returning most of them.

If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, contact us first — we’re happy to help you choose the right product. Abuse of the return policy may result in a return fee, restocking fee, or denial of service.

Return Instructions

Do not ship returns to the manufacturer. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number and must be sent to an Urban-Motorrad warehouse.

Returns Process – Step-by-Step

Log In & Select Order

Log in to your account, go to "Order History", select the order you want to return and click "View".

Choose Items

Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for return.

Select Shipping Method

Choose your preferred return shipping method and follow the prompts.

Print RA Form

Print your Return Authorization form and include it in the shipment. Ship within 5 days of RA.

Track & Confirm

Retain your tracking info. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed and refund issued.
